cam help needed

Hi can anyone offer me some advice or help. My cam wont work in the new rooms anymore since we reinstalled windows. I have the latest adobe flash players installed too and it still works in the old rooms for some reason

what browser are you using

i've tried it in both internet explorer and i'm running google chrome at the moment.doesnt seem to make any difference
