Will admin actually get back to me about this...?

I can't upgrade by text as my phone won't accept the number as a valid number though I've had no issues with it in the past. I've used the Contact Admin link to explain, but in other people's experience how quickly will I get a reply?

I am guessing you have no adult blocks put on your phone? When I had EE it kept blocking adult content even though I had asked them to leave it unblocked.

Nope, no adult blocks, I can still get onto porn sites and so on. Thanks for responding

I also tried doing the three minute phone call but Orange won't put calls through to 09 numbers now but that's not the fault of my phone.

Still get in touch with Admin but I would check with Orange also, you never know they could be doing EE's trick of blocking when you don't want them to

I had problems in the past when I was with Orange & T-Mobile before they merged! I'd check and double check, not sure if you can log onto your account online? Or I'd get rid of them, I did for other reasons too.

Ow strong is yer signal? In poor reception areas sometimes Orange/EE have problems reckognizin yet adult content prefs.

Could it be to do with making additional charges? Some phone packages won't let you call or text premium numbers because you either are on a package that doesn't allow it or you you've got a block on making additional charges (outside of your "inclusive minutes/texts). Basically, the text number is premium rate so won't be included in a package.
