everyone is blocked on message filters

i have everyone blocked no one can message me unless they are a friend i have contacted them in the past or spoke to them before but yet i still get messages of people that dont fit into that criteria ive never spoken to these people ever ive contacted admin with 6 messages now and no response can anyone explain this x x x
