Against Fab rules?

Is it against Fab rules to copy someone else's profile? I've just come across a guy who joined the site two weeks ago. Aside from changing a name and measurements he's used my friends profile word for word.

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. But it shows a lack of imagination and should alert the wary to a copycat or scammer
