Depends if you mean a comment of a whole thread ??

You get 5 minutes after posting a comment to self delete

You can use the report button by a comment and ask for it to be removed can take some time though.

You cant.. you only get a few minutes to delete.

You could try reporting it to admin and they would maybe delete it.
