FabSwingers.com forum: Definitely been charged and got no upgrade code..!!

Hi on the 12th i texted in to upgrade.. didnt receive a code so texted again after 20 min or so..!! Still no text code back..!! So i emailed you explaining about this.. you told me to use another method of payment.. i topped my phone up with 10pound.. so cant use another method of payment. Also you have 100% charged me but didnt send me a upgrade code.. i have just been on phone too orange and they say i was charged for a message to 79100 number 5pound then 10 pence every time 3 times they tell me..

I am hundred percent sure i never received the code.. so why have i been charged..!!?

Please solve this and be gratefull if you let me know what on earth is going on..!!!

Only admin can help and they dont always check the forums you need to contact them through the special link
