cam not working on this site (was ok before)

my cam works on all other sites no problems .. it worked on fabswingers for months no problems ... now tho the cam option opens up the start cam box but its "dead" .. cant select start cam ... cant select try old cam , nothing a no option box ... any suggestions ? its only this site that I have this problem (was ok for months)
