Please tell me ,can someone who is already a friend on your profile send you another friend request .. It happened to me lastnight

why is it possible, when you are already friends with someone, and then chatting to them for about an hour or so ,then i click HOME on my fab account . And it says a user has accepted your request 15minutes ago! this is why i am so confused i was friends with this profile user for a month or so?

If you block someone then remove the block the friend request can reappear

Not saying it did but it is one of the ways it happens

As soon as block someone the request goes back on the list it confuses people thinking the other person got past filters or a block.

I think that is was happened ..they blocked me in mid conversation arranging a meet , but i didn't realise until after the conversation was finished with, and arrangements of confirmation of meet was sorted ., only then did i realise what had happened. Thanks again

I had a friend accept my request last night and we already friends. So mayb blip in the system

The problem is that the block button is too close to the reply button if you use an iPhone: it's very easy to catch one button accidentally when it's the other you really want.
