Yes.. if your their only verification though they would still keep the tick and on the summary it would show but the writing would go

No u need to be verified yourself (green tick) to be able to verify someone else

You can't, but you don't have to display it.

Or, as said above....block them. Still keep your green tick and still shows in summary...even if they leave.
