Could admin please change my profile to a joint profile for myself and wife thank you

I would advise setting up a separate couples profile as new. You have been verified as a single male previously so admin may not change your profile over.

However you can always use the contact button at the bottom of the home page to ask.

I'm also assuming (as it's hidden) that the verification is from his wife's profile. If it was changed to a couples account then if that verification is from her then they would be verifying their own account which is against the rules. But of course this is assumption
