A friend just joined today. She uploaded a pic but now the site stopped working for her and it says she must be photo verified before she can do anything? Didn't think you have to be photo verified? Anyone able to help?

Like literally if she clicks say messages at the top its brings her to the verified by photo page

Usually means it will only take you to a page where it say you must photo verify and won't let you look at anything else no account setting or anything
