Cant sync my messages

Hi anyone came across this upgraded my phone now I'm not receiving messages or any looked at me .I check with my old phone and all messages are there but not on new phone. Any help would be appreciated x

You dont "sync" messages in the true sense of the word. Your just viewing a web page in a browser so it may be that your browser is pulling up a cached version on the page and not the current live version. Check the cache settings and also try refreshing the page
