If you're not verified and the person you met isn't verified, then neither of you can verify. Meet someone who is verified then go back and verify the unverified person.

Meet with verified users at socials etc, then youll be able to verify others later on. Staffs has loads of verified people.

Try getting on cam and asking for one, hope you get one, if not message me when your on cam, show your face to me and ill do you a cam veri if it help you

When the site was small Admin would veri people by phone, then they could veri others and it snowballed from there.

Simple really.
