Someone help! This question is not on the FAQ so hopefully someone here can help. I have "1 unread" showing at the top but all my messages have been read. How do I get rid of it please?

The unread message could be hidden because the screen only holds a fixed number of messages, and after that, the older messages vanish behind the scenes.

Delete newer messages, and the older ones reappear

I must have a longer list of messages than I thought as I had been deleting them. I'll delete the rest and hopefully I'll see it to delete it.

It will automatically delete itself after a while anyway. Not sure if it's a few weeks or a bit longer. That's if you can put up with it till then?

Or you could just "delete all" if you're not bothered about keeping any of your messages. xx

Other way is through the desktop site open any message and just click on next unread message will open any that you can't physically see

Or click on delete all read messages....hey presto. The one unread message will be left all alone in the end zone.
