Can people I've blocked in message filters see my profile still

Ie I've blocked newbies non verified no pics etc

If so is there a way I can make my profile non visible to a certain criteria?

As said above, they are just message filters not blocks. Anyone you haven't individually blocked can view your profile n public pics.
