A person is using a facial photo of my female partner for their profile. Have reported a few times but nothing appears to happening as it is still showing. Obviously not happy as we like to be discreet due to work. We are photo verified.

Help!!! What else can we do??

Have you contacted that person. Report them again they do normally respond

yes and person has not been on the site for a week. We have reported the profile 3 times over this period and no action or response by the site admin so far

Just so clear. First reported the profile approx a week ago and 2 further times during this period. Did not expect immediate action or response but I think within a week is reasonable in such a situation.

Normally you won't hear anything after reporting but in cases like this you will receive a mail saying it is being looked at and then one when it has been dealt with. Be patient, it can take up to 48 hours to get the mail and then a bit longer until the second one
