I can no longer send or receive messages. I've looked at my debt messages and it blank. When I click on to coming a site sponsor, it says we can not do this. Please help

Not necessarily, you can get short bans for spamming, sending a web link or something the site interprets as a web link and words used for illegal acts. These are automatic from the site, doesn't mean they have been reported.

Do they inform you why you been banned and for how long?

Usually u get a message saying youve had a ban and usually lasts anything from minutes to couple of hours

I got a message ban for something the site automatically flagged up as a web link a few months ago, it lasted for a couple of hours.

I still have absolutely no idea what I wrote that was interpreted this way lol
