Admins,

This is my single male account. Recently made and verified our couples account (username is aussiepair) but it now seems to playing up. I keep getting an error to the effect of "we are not currently accepting upgrades" or similar.

Could your site security have detected 2 log ins from the same IP and blocked/blacklisted our couples account?

Have tried submitted help requests from the account and of course we are unable to post a forum help request as the account is 7 days old.

Please help!

Did you use this account to verify your couples account?

That may explain why you are having a problem, as lots of people have 2 accounts from the same IP/device with no issues.

You cant verify a couples account belonging to yourself, if you could anyone could go around making fake couples accounts and verifying them

He might mean verified with a photo verification.

It is probably best you ask Admin from the contact button OP
