Partners detail been erased from profile how can they be put back on we are a couple and profile no looks like single man

Its only admin who can change it from a couple to single man, you will need to contact them

Your profile hasnt been hacked, as you put it. Only Admin has the ability to change the type of profile you have after you have joined, ie change it from a MF profile to a Male profile.

It has probably been reported so they took the lady off.

If you think this is a mistake use the contact button bottom of the page (home page on mobile) and ask Admin to change it back, they may require you to do a Photo Veri to show that there is both a M and an F using this account.
