Silver site supporter

I did the text upgrade to silver site supporter yesterday and later noticed my supporter pass ran out in 51 days and not 60 what happened to the other 9 days i did contact site who sent a answer that had nothing to do with what i asked .. any advise on what to do next ??

It is 50 days for silver

New profiles only get 50 it change about a year ago

Wish I know before deleting an old profile, I posted similar about this

They changed it, profiles that started after 1st June 2015 (I think its was that date) get 50 silver days, profiles that started before that still get the 60.

If you renew your site supporter more than 5 or 6 days in advance of it needing renewing then you get an extra 5 days as a thank you on top of the 50 days.

You were probably advised to check on your account page to see how many days you will get for your money. As explained new users get less now
