Ive not had any email alerts sent to me for a few days letting me know if i have any messages, how do i contact fabs to sort this out help appreciated

The alerts are being sent, they tend to get more reliably delivered to gmail than other email providers so you could try that.

Because we sent hundreds of thousands of alerts each day some email providers think it's spam.

ive always got the alerts and i have the sdame provider only stopped coming thru a few days ago

Check your spam folder, if you can log onto ur email using web mail, check there first. If they do go to spam folder then you should be able to teach the email to accept it as mot spam.
