Photos from phone camera

We have tried to put new pictures on profile which we have done before but this time the camera on phone just has black screen (sure there will be better terminology to explain but neither of us very technical lol) can anyone help

Have you taken the pics and they are stored on your phone?

No not stored on phone just won't let us take a picture

No not stored just can't take any pictures for fab.The camera works ok for general use but just doesn't work when trying to take pic when it says add photo

Here occasionally, but mostly somewhere else

Take the pic using the standard camera function on the phone, then upload it using the standard upload function on the site.

It doesn't solve admin's functional issue, but it does enable you to crack on with using the site.
