Verifying a meet doesernt show on his profile

Me and my friend had a threesome with a women and I left him a verification on his profile as it was his first one after filling it in it just says we have saved your verification but my friend says it's not showing up on his profile at all as a new verification????

If you have shared an internet connection at any point you wont be able to verify them, also if your outside his filters ie if he has single guys blocked your veri wont go through
