Is sombody is abusive to u then blocks so u carnt report them is there away for reportin

Yes - either via a message they have sent you - there is a Report button.

Or - by using the Report Profile button - which you can still see on the left hand menu when you attempt to view any profile that has blocked you.

If you're using a mobile for access - the buttons are in the drop-down menu.

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

You can block and report them from the message they sent you. Or go to their profile and look on the left (if you're on the web page) or at the top (if you're on a mobile) and there should be a report link.
