Could anyone please advise how to change from a couples profile to a single profile ?

If you use the contact button to contact admin (at the bottom of each page) and explain the situation they may be able to help you do so

For anything to do with profile changes you need to contact Admin directly using the CONTACT link and they will have a look at it for you
