Due to a change in my circumstances I no longer require fab, despite many good times on here. Therefore I will be closing my account. I just wondered if you can confirm what happens to my personal data afterwards. Is it permanently deleted from all your systems?

When you delete, that's it! Everything goes.

When you say "permanent delete" is it a CESG approved erasure process?

Only 2 approved erasure software exist currently.

And only 1 can effectively erase data in active storage environments.

Please can you confirm the erasure method?

It's not permanent... I deleted once before and they told me I could get my entire profile back by paying the site supporters fee again and some verification stuff
