Unable to view cams in chatroom

I was browsing the chatrooms and without altering any settings I was unable to view anyone elses cam! Restarted google chrome tried again same result. Tried with explorer same again. Rebooted and still no viewing for me. Have I done something stupidly simple? Any clues?

Try uninstall then reinstall adobe flash
