Hi!

Just wondering if anyone has been in the same situation as me.

I've been charged with 20£ today but I didnt renew my subscription, I paid my silver subscription 1 month ago. The site is saying that they dont charge bills automatically so I really dont know what happened here.

Anyone can help me? I have send an email from the contact form but the site doesnt have a personal customer service so Im trying here too

They don't charge automatically, you have to ask for a text or pay by a card to get SS.

I would check with your bank to see who it is asking for money
