If it's a "rogue" one (i.e. Given by someone you have never contacted) then you should report it to admin( whether they can remove it, I don't know)

If it's a genuine one, but you don't like it ( or don't want to show that you have met the person) then just don't display it.

Simple.

You can hide it so it's not displayed by going to your verifications and not displaying that one
