Ex partners and joint profiles

Me and my partner shared a couples profile but recently broke up. He changed the password and email address and is now using the couples profile on his own...no problem with that but the account has images of me on it which I want removing. Have contacted admin but no joy yet, how long before they act on these issues? And how could the site prevent this happening in future?

It can take up to 48 hours for reports to be dealt as they get hundreds a day.

Admin don't have any control over people splitting up so they won't be able to stop it in future but they can change profiles to a different status and remove photo's that shouldn't be on a profile.
