I've attempted the upgrade my membership, as I have done in the past, and my code has not been received. I have checked everything at my end including the message and the number and nothing has come back.

Is there a delay in the system at the moment as in the past the code has usually come through pretty much straight away.

If you go to the renewals page there is a contact admin link on there specifically for membership queries, if you message them from there they will look into it.

Don't text again though is always the advice otherwise you could get multiple charges of they all suddenly come through.
