Hi there,

A lady has messaged me and I can't reply as it said I changed my age to match their age range but I haven't changed anything and she messaged me first.

How can I fix that?

Have you tried logging out of Fab. Clear your browser history n cache, restart your device and log back in and try again.

If that doesn't help use the contact button of the page, bottom of home page on mobile site, and ask Admin to take a look for you.

I was under the impression if someone messages a user outside of their filters then it breaks these filters so the person can reply so best contact admin and ask them to change it for you.
