How do I let others know about forum posts or topics?

I there a way to show people who might be interested in a thread?

Message them to look at the forum thread?

If you go on the thread, you can then go to the "address bar" at the top of the screen and copy the address of that particular thread, and then message them with it, or add it to a thread that is relevant.

They then copy it, and paste it into the addy bar of a new window... and bobs your aunties best friend!
