Could you please explain why I am finding it impossible to block an offensive member. I've reported events and so far have received no feedback either.

What happens to a report? An admin reviews every single user report we receive. We may permanently suspend a user's account, disable certain aspects of the account or issue them a warning.

We won't provide you any feedback on what action we've taken.

That seems very strange ... Even if they've blocked you first you can enter their username from your block list and block them that way ...hope you get it sorted

Admin may have already done the block for you so why you can't see it in your block list.

When you say still there, do you mean you can see the wording and pics, the message button is still there on the left? Because when you block someone, or them you, you can still go to their profile page but can not see the wording, pics, interests etc and the wink and message buttons on the left disappear, all that is left are the private notes button and report user one.

Strangly their veri summary is still visible on blocked profiles.

Ah right. I can still see their profile though. (Although it's hidden)! Thank you for your message. ...

If its hidden it will say user has hidden profile. If you blocked them or them you, it will look similar but say something along the lines of you are unable to view this profile, this could be because you blocked them, user blocked you or account is suspended by admin.

The user currently has his profile as hidden. So you can only see the headlines. If I try to send a mail site says I can't because user has blocked us. I feel it may be a site anomaly?

you can still block him,

go to your block page and type in his user name,

this will stop him lifting the block to message you, then re blocking you

Think you might need to be on the desktop site to do that ?

On the desktop site you you just click on the your block list and there is a box to enter a username to block

The mobile site does not have this

If you are using the mobile site just quickly change over to the desktop site via the desktop site option at the very bottom of the page

Do what you need to do with the block list and then change back to the mobile site

Little point in blocking anyone as they just create a new profile and track you down again, or use another profile to message you. Don't I know it and it is not a him before anyone jumps to conclusions
