A friend has just told me her account has been blocked. She does not know why but has a strong suspicion that a guy has reported her becuase she rejected him.

Anyone got a recommendation of how to sort out this situation?

Your friend will need to use the 'CONTACT' facility to ask Admin about this. Bottom of every page on the desktop version, very small print.
