I wanted to veryfy a guy i know on here but it comes up with message

Sorry, you tried to access a page that is for verified users only. Once you have met or cammed with other verified users, they will be able to verify your profile for you.

Ipicture veryfied my profile sowhy cant iveryfy him?

You need to be verified by another verified member first before you can give verifications to others, not just photo verified by the site.

Thats not what it means - it isn't because he isn't verified by other members, it's because you aren't so you can't verify him (or anyone else) until you are.
