As usual I have texted swing to the number but haven't had a PIN number sent

Who do I contact.....I've looked for some kind of help or number but no joy and my pass runs out tomorrow

Have you sufficient credit? Is your number allowed to access adult premium numbers? (I think they all changed the default to them being blocked a while back) Check with your phone provider and check to see if you have been charged.

If it's neither of these then if you switch to the desktop site, the contact us button is on the homepage.

Also, posting in the "Site Help" forum normally gets Mark to answer.

I couldn't get the text upgrade to work either, I was sent a link to the help page.. tried those nothing worked so I used my debit card instead.

I tried to upgrade by text. Pin arrived. Entered pin. The site would not accept it. Said no pin found.
