why wont it let you pay by text for 5 pound will not accept however will let you pay by credit card longer period for minimum of 20 pound sort this out a rip off

Mobile can be a pain to do by text but it does work make sure you have enough funds on phone tho

Because the charges for Admin to collect a fiver are too high. I am not sure why you think it is a rip off though. You can pay by text and it will cost you £5
