How do I change my settings to be a couple as its saying I'm a single male.

It says you are a single man now but your profile text and status still makes reference to being a couple. You might want to change that.

Either contact admi using the contact button, but as you have been photo verified as a single male so they may not do so.

Easiest way, as you haven't been meet verified, is to just start a New profile with a new email address and then get a picture of both of you to become photo verified as a couple.
