A text to upgrade to site supporter? If so you need to contact admin ditect through the contact button

Bottom of every page - very small print - the word 'CONTACT' - click on it and it gives you the mail window to Admin.

And then give them at least 48 hours - they get hundreds of emails a day!

Again, the contact button is different to the report section, you will get an answer within a few hours if you use the contact button for help with an upgrade.
