Whats up with this site ?? Take your money but dont answer queries when you send one ?? Ive been on here over 2 years and gone down hill for response and help ??

What is your query about?

Have you contacted Admin via the 'CONTACT' facility?

Bottom of every page - direct email route to Admin :

Admin usually act on all reports/contacts within 48 hours - and don't usually need to contact the member reporting before effecting any action necessary.

Whether you contribute to the Site Supporter facility or not - the Admin and Mods do everything possible to make the site what it is - and fix problems where it's possible.

There response has always been about 48 hours so not really went downhill
