We are showing one unread message but when go into messages nothing there anyone know why this is or how we can find it

If you have lots of read messages in your inbox then the unread one has probably fell off the bottom of the page.

You need to delete newer messages and it will appear again

Or if ur on a pc or laptop open a read mail then click the option that says go to next message do not delete
