Why can't site supporters chat in rooms when there full

when people that don't pay can

Because they got in their before you? Would you advocate a non payer being kicked out a room just because you want in it?

How about the middle ground..time out non site supporters after say an hour, if the room has space just log back in..

OP but you would have to wait for the page to refresh and hope you get in first..LOL... Or use the veri / members room connie x
