What is the right to reply regarding a complaint?

What action can I take to rebuke this?

I've tried to contact the moderators via several of their stock question options links.

No reply.

I've been a fab subscriber for over 5 years and this is about to come to an end, sadly.

You won't always get an answer especially if they think their decision is right, but if they think someone has made a mistake you will get a mail back
