Every now and again, and only lasts a couple of days at a time, i can't log onto the site using my mobile.Once i enter my password it takes me back to the initial screen asking me to log in. Any ideas why this happens?

this happened to me, and another guy.

sometimes if you give it a while you can log in the next day.

Have you used different browsers? Eg opera mini, edge etc? If one doesn't work, it's feasible that another will.

had this with my old samsung, had to delete all text messages to free up sufficient memory.
