We have had a couple message us but when we try to reply the caption comes up that we are blocked ! We haven't chatted or been in contact before so don't know why that is.

We did think that if someone messages you (even if they have certain filters on) you are able to respond.

Can anyone give us an explanation?

They may have changed their mind after sending the message and blocked you. Or they blocked you in error. Or admin has blocked that profile.
