active filters

Could you please explain to me why when I have active filters in place which are meant to block people who are over 35 from contacting me, I still get messages from people 35+? This is a major problem for me on both here and Fabguys and is seriously starting to piss me off now.

I have contacted admin about it but to no avail!!!

Someone messaged me the other day aged 30... We hadn't had any previous contact.

When I asked him how coz I'm looking for 32+... He said he just got a message saying.(.not the exact words) something along the lines of.. Warning - . I wasn't seeking his age group ... but tried and wasn't blocked from messaging.

If this is the case then I guess they are just ignoring it.

Yeah but sometimes I, by mistake, will try to message someone who doesn't want to meet people my age and it won't let me do it at all.

Is it possible you have winked by accident or mailed these people before you set your filters? If not use the CONTACT button to let Admin know the names of the people getting through and they will check to see if everything is working as it should
