How do I make verifications private?

I see some members have opted to have their verifications private. How can I do this myself? I have checked the "Privacy" tab along left hand side of page but this only gives me the option to hide my friends list! Thanks for any help!!

go to 'my account' on the left hand menu u will see manage verifications , click on that , and under each veri u have the option to display on profile or remove from profile , click on remove from profile and they wont show. You will still have the verification on the manage them bit but they wont show on ur profile .
