Can someone please explain why this site would block someone's profile and that person not know why?..Why does this happen?

Do you mean disabled? They would know why, they would get a mail. A Forum ban? They would get a mail. Chat ban? They may not get one for that so they are best asking Admin from the CONTACT button.

They could also ask Admin to review the two other bans from the site from the same contact button.
