Profile change

Is there anyway to change my profile from a single woman to a couples profile, don't want to have to set up a new one and find my friends and lose my veris

You have to contact Admin about this.

No, Only Admin can change the profile type.

You could be putting up couple pics, amending your text to explain the new status, etc
